We are proud to announce that Bend Premier Real Estate has been voted the Best Real Estate Company in Central Oregon for 2026.
For our locally owned, independent real estate brokerage, this recognition means a great deal. Bend Premier Real Estate was built in Central Oregon, and our focus has always been on providing exceptional service to the people who live here, those moving here, and the real estate brokers who have chosen to build their businesses with us.
Being recognized as the Best Real Estate Company in Central Oregon is something we share with our entire team — our brokers, our staff, our clients and the community that has supported Bend Premier Real Estate over the years.

The Bend real estate market continued to demonstrate resilience in July 2026. While the number of new listings declined and inventory tightened compared to last year, buyer demand remained healthy with more homes closing, pending sales increasing, and the median sales price rising nearly 5%.
